Bring the evidence.
Keep the questions clear.

  • Property address and the areas affected. Note who can authorize access.
  • Photographs with dates and a wider view showing where each symptom sits.
  • When the change was first noticed, and whether it has changed since.
  • Existing plans, soils reports, inspection reports and earlier repair scopes.
  • Known leaks, irrigation changes, runoff changes or additions to discuss as possible context.
  • Access limits: finished floors, paving, side yards, tenants and required exits.
  • Questions for the proposal: what is supported, what remains unchanged, who handles design and permits?
  • Completion records, restoration limits and any specified monitoring responsibilities.

Observe from accessible areas. Do not cut, drill, excavate or remove structural material to complete the worksheet.
